Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Gardening Assistant to support a range of landscaping, construction and industrial projects. You’ll be on-site, performing general labour duties, assisting tradespeople and keeping work areas tidy.

This casual, ongoing work offers reliable weekly pay, immediate start, and pathways into permanent roles with reputable employers. Applicants should have at least 12 months of general labour experience, a White Card, a valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality
