Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is looking for experienced General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work with opportunities for permanent employment. Earn $35.11 per hour with 11.5% super and a $22 daily travel allowance, with weekly pay and immediate start.

We supply skilled casual staff to builders, landscapers, manufacturers, shopfitters and industrial businesses across the region, offering consistent shifts and a pathway to permanent roles. PPE not supplied by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assembling products.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
