Job summary

Dreamworld on the Gold Coast is seeking a Casual General Labourer to assist with stock reception, delivery and warehouse duties. The role involves unloading containers, picking & packing stock, and maintaining housekeeping across food, beverage and retail warehousing areas.

Applicants should be energetic, reliable and able to work independently with availability at least 4 days a week. Roles may start as early as 5am and include varied shifts, including weekends and on-call work.

Qualifications

• No experience required; enthusiastic attitude to learn.
• Must be physically fit for frequent manual handling.
• Flexibility with shifts including early mornings, weekends and on-call work.

Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver stock to the warehouse.
• Unload containers and palletise goods.
• Pick and pack stock for F&B and retail outlets.
• Maintain general housekeeping in warehouse facilities.

• Casual Opportunity in an exciting Theme Park environment.

Australia’s premier and world class theme parks, Dreamworld & WhiteWater World, home to some of the biggest thrill rides and the coolest waterslides on the planet, present an exciting opportunity for a General Labourer to join our team located at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast.
The role of a General Labourer is to receive & deliver stock, unload containers, pick & pack stock and maintain the general housekeeping within our food and beverage and retail warehouse facilities.

Applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

• Possess a high level of energy and physical fitness
• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently
• Available at least 4 days a week.

Prior experience is not required; however, applicants must have an enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ attitude to work, be hard working, available, reliable and willing to learn. This role involves frequent manual handling, therefore you must possess a high level of physical fitness to perform physically demanding work.

Hours of work will vary and will include a variety of shifts which may start as early as 5am, and may include weekend, evening and on-call work.
