Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking experienced General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual assignments with reputable builders, landscapers, and industrial clients across the region.

Typical tasks include site prep, digging, wheelbarrowing, lifting, and aiding tradespeople. Eligible applicants have at least 12 months' experience, a Construction White Card, and a valid driver’s licence. Immediate start available with consistent shifts and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant.
• Construction White Card.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred).
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials.
• Digging and trenching.
• Lifting and carrying materials.
• Packing and stacking.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople.
• General labouring duties as required.
