Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking General Labourers and Casual Trade Assistants for ongoing assignments with builders, landscapers, manufacturers, shopfitters and industrial sites across the region.

Earn $35.11 per hour with 11.5% super and a $22 daily travel allowance; typical weekly earnings exceed $1,400. Immediate start, permanent opportunities after proving yourself on site, and ongoing casual work available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience in general labouring or as a Trade Assistant
• Construction White Card
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport (highly preferred)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliability and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up
• Wheelbarrowing materials
• Digging and trenching
• Lifting and carrying materials
• Packing and stacking
• Assembling products
• Assisting qualified tradespeople
• General labouring duties as required
• Site clean-ups and final cleans
