Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking reliable General Labourers or Trade Assistants for ongoing casual work across construction, landscaping and industrial sites in NSW. Earn AU$35.11 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation and a AU$22 daily travel allowance, with weekly pay and pathways to permanent roles.

Daily work may include site prep, material handling, and assisting tradespeople on a variety of projects. A White Card and a valid driver's licence are required.

Qualifications

• 12 months' general labouring or Trade Assistant experience.
• Construction White Card held.
• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist across commercial and residential landscaping, construction, warehouse and related projects.
• Support qualified tradespeople and perform general labouring tasks.
• Prepare sites, unload materials, and carry out site clean-ups.
• Handle wheelbarrows, packing, lifting and assembly tasks as required.
• Participate in diverse on-site assignments and maintain safety standards.
