Job summary

Randstad is seeking a factory general hand / labourer for a day shift role based in Wetherill Park. The position values experience in labouring, picking/packing, and forklift operation where available. Prior steel manufacturing exposure is considered advantageous.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliable, safety‑mocused work habits and a willingness to learn transferable skills for ongoing temp to perm opportunities within the site.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar labouring / general hand worker role.
• Transferable skills such as labouring, picking/packing.
• Forklift licence preferred.
• Steel manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• General factory hand / labourer duties on day shift.
• Prepare and move materials as required at Wetherill Park site.
