Job summary

Alliance Nursing is recruiting experienced RNs for casual Medical and Surgical shifts across Sydney and Western Sydney, with AM, PM and night coverage. Earn $49–$70 per hour plus penalties, with weekly pay and flexible shift options through the Alliance app.

You’ll need current AHPRA registration as an RN, at least 12 months Medical/Surgical experience, CPR where required, and NSW working with children check and vaccination evidence.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an RN is required.
• Minimum 12 months recent Medical and/or Surgical nursing experience.
• Current CPR certificate where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical care across wards as assigned.
• Cover AM, PM and night shifts with flexibility.
• Maintain patient safety and high-quality care in fast-paced environments.
