Job summary

Monash Health invites applications for a Registered Nurse to join the Geriatric Evaluation & Management (GEM) unit at Kingston Centre. This full-time and/or part-time fixed-term role involves working across a 7-day rotating roster to support complex geriatric care.

You will contribute to discharge planning, wound care, continence and catheter management, and patient education, while upholding our iCare values and commitment to dignity and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in geriatric, subacute or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
• Ability to work in a rotating 7-day roster with a patient-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Discharge planning and complex patient education.
• Wound care, continence and catheter management.
• Provide care within a 7-day rotating roster at Kingston Centre.
