Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a GCP Solution Designer to lead the architectural design and delivery of a data platform migration. You will replatform legacy ETL/ELT logic into a modern GCP-native ecosystem, ensuring scalable, observable, and secure data solutions.

You will design BigQuery schemas, orchestrate pipelines with Cloud Composer, and implement modular data transformations using dbt and Python, while aligning with enterprise standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Architectural design of end-to-end solutions on GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer).
• Modular data transformation logic using dbt and Python; cost and performance-optimised models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and delivery of a data platform migration to a GCP-native ecosystem.
• Bridge high-level architecture with hands-on implementation; ensure enterprise standards and observability.
