Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building real-time streaming and batch pipelines.
• Proficiency with Dataflow, Dataform, Workflows, Eventarc, Cloud Run and BigQuery.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, access controls and data classification.
• Experience troubleshooting upstream data integration issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain real-time streaming and batch data pipelines.
• Build and manage data transformation workflows using Dataform, and orchestrate services and processes using Workflows, Eventarc and Cloud Run.
• Integrate upstream data sources, investigate dependencies and resolve data ingestion and integration challenges.
• Implement data redaction and masking, row-level security (RLS), column-level security (CLS), taxonomies and policy tags to protect sensitive data.
• Apply supported Google Cloud data governance mechanisms so that data access aligns with business and security requirements.
