University of Adelaide is seeking a motivated coordinator to support the prevention of gender-based violence. Working with international students, you will develop culturally appropriate, trauma-informed resources and coordinate projects in a complex, diverse environment.

This fixed-term, 12-month contract is 0.8 full-time equivalent and based at the City East campus. The role offers a salary of 103,719 to 116,002 Australian dollars per year plus 17% superannuation and opportunities to

• Experience coordinating projects in a complex environment.
• Experience managing project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, particularly from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Experience in risk and issue management within project delivery.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in a university or similar setting.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate projects that support the prevention of gender-based violence, working with international students to develop culturally appropriate, trauma-informed resources.
• Engage students in meaningful, respectful conversations on sensitive topics while building trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with the Safer Community Unit and other stakeholders to implement programs and resources.
