Job summary

Blu By Adcorp is seeking a Warehouse Operator / Trade Counter Person for its Rockhampton site. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with a casual ongoing contract and view to permanent for the right candidate.

Primary duties include handling customers, processing sales, preparing orders, and safely managing gas bottles. Responsibilities cover forklift loading/unloading, deliveries, stock takes and tagging where needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or yard hand position
• Previous customer service experience will be highly regarded
• A genuine safety-first mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
• Ability to complete manual handling tasks
• Sound computer skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with enquiries in person and over the phone
• Processing sales and generating invoices
• Preparing orders and prepping gas bottles for deliveries
• Manual handling of gas bottles
• Forklift operation - loading/unloading trucks and transporting stock
• Assisting customer with deliveries
• Assisting with stock control and stock takes
• Testing and tagging gas bottles if any faults are found
