Job summary

Hotgas, a family-owned LPG supplier serving the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions, is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver for a full-time role based in Yandina. You will safely deliver LPG cylinders to homes and businesses, provide friendly customer service, and manage your day with a modern MR truck.

Training in LPG handling and safety is provided. The role operates Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm with no weekend work and no on-call requirements, offering a stable work/life balance in a local,

Qualifications

• Must hold an MR licence (Medium Rigid)
• 1–2 years commercial driving experience (multi-drop is an advantage)
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy LPG cylinders
• Excellent customer service and day planning skills
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident/Right to Work in Australia

Responsibilities

• Deliver & install LPG cylinders safely to residential and commercial customers
• Provide friendly, reliable customer service
• Plan and manage daily delivery schedule
• Load and unload cylinders safely
• Operate and care for a modern MR truck
• Follow WHS, Dangerous Goods and operational procedures (training provided)
• Assist with cylinder refilling and depot tasks as required

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for safely delivering LPG cylinders to homes and businesses across the region, providing friendly customer service, and managing your day efficiently. You’ll operate a modern MR vehicle and receive full training in LPG handling and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver & install LPG cylinders safely to residential and commercial customers

About You

• You hold an Medium Rigid Drivers licence at a minimum (MR)

• 1–2 years commercial driving experience (multi-drop an advantage)

• Good knowledge of the Sunshine Coast and Gympie regions

• Physically fit — able to manage manual handling of heavy cylinders

• Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude

• Able to plan your day, work independently and problem-solve

• Able to pass and complete a National Police Check

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
