Job summary

Local Workforce Hire is seeking a Gardening Assistant to join a team delivering commercial and residential landscaping and general labouring on diverse sites in NSW. Immediate start with casual, ongoing shifts and weekly pay.

You'll perform site prep, digging, wheelbarrowing, material handling, and assist qualified tradespeople. Must have White Card, 12 months' experience, a valid driver's license, reliable transport, and be physically able to work long hours.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in general labouring or trade assistant roles.
• Construction White Card is required.
• A current Driver Licence and reliable transport preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Site preparation and clean-up.
• Wheelbarrowing materials and carrying loads.
• Digging, trenching, and lifting.
• Assisting qualified tradespeople on site.
• General labouring duties across construction and manufacturing sites.
• Container unloading and site housekeeping.
