Job summary

ALH Hotels is seeking a Gaming Attendant in Australia to welcome guests with warm, authentic service and promote a safe gaming environment. You will help with payouts, cash handling, and regulatory compliance while contributing to a positive team culture.

Flexible availability across days, evenings and weekends is preferred. Current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications are required to operate within our venues. This hands-on role involves physical tasks as part of everyday duties.

Job description

With great gaming comes great responsibility! We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

What do we need from you

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
