Panthers Penrith Leagues Club is seeking a Gaming Attendant to deliver standout service in our fast-paced gaming environment. You will connect with members and guests, handle food and beverage service, and respond to pages with energy and a friendly approach.

The role requires current RSA and RCG certifications, excellent communication, accurate cash handling, and the ability to work across varied shifts from Thursday to Sunday, day and night.

Qualifications

• Current RSA and RCG certifications are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in accurate cash handling.
• Experience in customer service is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Provide food and beverage service within designated timeframes.
• Handle cash transactions, including TAB and KENO.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area.
• Ensure financial transactions with patrons are accurate and efficient.
• Address maintenance needs of gaming machines.
• Promote Panthers Memberships and upsell benefits.
