Job summary

Endeavour Group’s Colyton Hotel is seeking a proactive Gaming Attendant to welcome guests and provide authentic service while complying with RSA and gaming regulations. The role involves hands-on duties, cash handling, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for patrons.

You’ll be part of a team that values responsible gaming, flexibility to work across day, evenings and weekends, and a commitment to wellbeing and development opportunities within Endeavour Group.

Qualifications

• Great with people, detail and communication and motivated to make magic happen for guests and teammates.
• Team player with flexible availability across day, evenings and weekends.
• Holds current RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting safely.

About the Role

Gaming Attendant | Colyton Hotel “Let’s go to the pub!” Chances are, it’s one of ours. As the cornerstone of over 350 Australian communities, ALH owns and operates more pubs than anyone. We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. To be suitable for this role, you’ll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations. Sound like a good fit? Game on!

A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:

• Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget
• Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
• Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations

What do we need from you

About you:

• You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
• You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
• You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
• You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
