What You’ll Be Doing

As a Gaming Attendant, your role is to create a welcoming and safe environment while delivering top-tier service to every guest. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing professional and friendly customer service in the gaming room, bar, and lounge
• Operating gaming machines and assisting patrons with payouts and minor technical issues
• Serving food and beverages (including coffee and alcohol) with a focus on speed and quality
• Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and securely
• Assisting with accommodation guest check‑ins and phone enquiries
• Keeping the gaming area clean, organised, and compliant with regulations
• Promoting responsible gambling and ensuring a safe and respectful environment
• Supporting team members and contributing to a positive team culture
• Following RSA and WHS procedures at all times

About You

You’re reliable, friendly, and have a can‑do attitude with a passion for great service. You’ll thrive in a team setting, be confident with customers, and love being part of the action in a busy hospitality venue.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A warm, approachable personality with strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Basic knowledge of gaming machines (or a willingness to learn)
• The ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Confidence in handling cash and working in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility, initiative, and a team‑first mindset

Essential

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• RSG 1 certification
• Previous experience in gaming or hospitality
