Job summary

Mount St Benedict College is seeking a Careers, Pathways and Future Readiness Coordinator to join the College community from Term 1, 2027. The Coordinator leads careers education, pathways planning and post-school readiness across Years 7 to 12, building career awareness and aspirational learning as a continuous developmentally sequenced experience.

• Experience designing or delivering career/pathways programs across multiple year levels.
• Proven ability to document, implement and monitor strategic goals and plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead careers education, pathways planning and post-school readiness across Years 7–12.
• Collaborate with MYBennies Coordinator and REAL Coordinator to connect school learning with post-school readiness programs.
• Drive data-informed career awareness and aspirational learning across the college.
