Job summary

[axr] Recruitment & Search is seeking a finance professional to deliver key financial reporting and analysis for several ASX funds within a high‑performing environment in Sydney CBD, with hybrid work options.

You will prepare reporting across funds and capital partnerships, conduct detailed financial analysis and commentary to support strategic decisions, and work with group finance to ensure robust controls. A CA or CPA qualification and strong communication skills are essential.

Deliver key financial reporting and analysis for several funds in an impressive ASX listed organisation.

DUTIES

• Prepare and deliver financial reporting across funds and capital partnerships
• Deliver management reporting requirements
• Detailed financial analysis and commentary to support strategic decision making
• Work closely with group finance to deliver robust financial controls to support new capital partnering structures
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Funds management and capital partnering experience
• Prior property experience would be advantageous
• High level of technical accounting expertise with a commercial mindset
• CA or CPA qualification
• Strong communication and presentation ability
