Job summary

BFT Prestons and Ramsgate is seeking a dynamic Group Fitness Coach to lead high-energy group sessions at Prestons or Ramsgate studios, with contractor options.

You’ll foster strong member relationships, support their fitness journeys, and help run community events while delivering inclusive, fun sessions.

Qualifications

• Cert III & IV in Fitness.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification.
• Current Working With Children's Check.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, rotational weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy, results-driven group training sessions.
• Build relationships with members and support their fitness journey.
• Maintain energy with great music, positive vibes and high fives.

We’re Hiring: Group Fitness Coach

We’re on the lookout for a coach for either Prestons site or Ramsgate site, with the option to coach at both studios. Must be a dynamic, motivated, and knowledgeable coach to become part of our growing team! Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, if you’re all about helping people reach their goals, bringing good vibes, and building strong community connections, we want to hear from you. Contractors welcome.

What You’ll Do

• Lead high-energy, results-driven group training sessions

• Build relationships with members and support their fitness journey

• Keep the BFT energy alive - great music, positive vibes, and high fives all around

• Lend a hand with day-to-day studio operations and community events

What We’re Looking For

• Cert III & IV in Fitness
