Harris Farm Markets in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Full Time Shop Assistant to join our busy fresh food retail stores. You will deliver excellent customer service, keep displays fresh and stocked, and help create an inviting shopping environment across 7 days.

You will thrive in a fast-paced team, enjoy talking with customers about our products, and maintain accurate pricing and signage to ensure a great experience for every Harris Farmer who walks in the door.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for good food.
• Flexible availability across 7 days.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist our customers with all our fantastic products
• Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delicious food
• Ensure fresh and appealing displays by ensuring your stores are fully stocked and clean with creative displays
• Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
• Putting the WOW in everything you do
• Use your team building experience to maintain and happy and safe working environment
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
• Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing
• Going the extra mile for our Customers

We are currently looking for an individual to join our exciting store working as a Full Time Shop Assistant

Key responsibilities will include;
