Job summary

Canterbury Boys High School in Sydney's NSW region is seeking a dedicated School Administrative Officer on a full-time, ongoing basis to support administrative, financial and student welfare tasks across office, sick bay, library and classrooms.

You will join a team committed to delivering high-quality public education, use Microsoft Office, meet deadlines and collaborate with teachers and students to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Working With Children checks.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
• Administration skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with teachers and students.
• Ability to perform tasks in office procedures; accounting procedures; sick bay; hospitality and /or design and technology; science.

Responsibilities

• Working with Children Check Clearance.
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake First Aid training.
• Administration of Medications - training to be provided based on student needs.
