Ally Fashion is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Liverpool store as a Full-time Sales Assistant, acting as 2IC to support the Store Manager and drive exceptional customer service and store performance.

You will lead in-store operations, visual merchandising, stock control, rostering support, recruiting and developing talent, and embody our values of customer centricity and teamwork in a fashion-forward environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for Ally Fashion an experienced Sales Consultant to take on Full-time Sales Assistant position at our Liverpool store!

Acting as 2IC and supporting the Store Manager in the store, you will cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment where AMAZING customer service is a priority, driving the store’s financial performance to smash budgets and targets, promoting strong leadership by providing effective training, daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management and lead by example to ensure clear in-store executions of the business’ strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.

With the focus on improving the in-store experience, you need to ensure consistent provision of expert and unparalleled service, constant developing of strong product knowledge to assist and help the Store Manager to train the team, keeping up in maintaining the store and the team’s well-being including managing stock levels, high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines and ownership of health and safety in store.

When required, you will also provide assistance to your Regional Manager during the Store Manager’s absence in preparing and managing staff rosters, in-line with sales achievement, stock, and expense control management, and have the experience in recruiting and attracting right talents to nurture, retain and develop them into leader’s role.

You will be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late night trade, have a solid experience in assisting store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion) and be a high achiever in delivery of performance, sales, along with strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships.

You are passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills and are ambitious to accelerate your career as well as are not afraid to take on your next challenge.
