Job summary
Hilton Salvos Stores, part of The Salvation Army Australia, is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations and to provide an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members. This is a permanent full-time role located in Hilton, SA.
You will assist with retail sales, donations processing, merchandising, customer service, and stock display while adhering to safety policies and TSA values in a busy, values-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales, while highly regarded, is not essential.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Genuine passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a rewarding, complex retail environment.
- Alignment with the values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity.
- High energy, hands-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibly to work a rolling roster including weekends and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area.
