Job summary

Ochre Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Tea Gardens general practice in NSW on a full-time basis. You will deliver evidence-based nursing care, support governance and safety systems, and work within a multidisciplinary team to manage chronic conditions and preventive care.

Active AHPRA registration is required. Experience with Best Practice software and a patient-centred approach are highly valued, with opportunities to contribute to quality improvement and safe,

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration is required.
• Registered Nurse with general practice experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care within scope of practice
• Support clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety systems
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary general practice team

• Minor procedure assistance
