Job summary

Snooze Alexandria is seeking a confident Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers, understand their sleep needs and guide them to the right sleep solution. You’ll deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to sales targets while assisting with stock and store operations.

Ideal candidates have customer-focused communication, basic computer/POS skills, and the flexibility to work agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as part of the store roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling big-ticket items preferred but not required.
• Customer-centric and professional communication skills.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Willingness to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with customers to understand needs and suggest sleep solutions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist with stock and general store operations.
• Use computer and POS systems to complete transactions.

The role

You’ll build genuine relationships with customers, understand their needs and help them find the right sleep solution.

You’ll also:

Deliver an awesome customer experience

Work towards sales targets and KPIs

Assist with stock and general store operations

Use our computer and point-of-sale systems

You’ll work across agreed weekdays, weekends and public holidays as part of the store roster.

What you’ll bring
