Total Tools Bunbury is looking for a Full-TimeRetail Sales Assistant, who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

This position will suit a motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a focus on customer service. Working with a variety of team members and customers, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid, long-term relationships.

What will you be doing?
  • Processing sales transactions
  • Providing advice and information on products
  • Supporting customer queries and offering solutions
  • Maintaining store displays and ensuring a well-presented store
  • Processing and maintaining customer orders
Does this sound like you?
  • Previous retail and/or trade experience – you might be a retail star, or a tradie looking for a break from the tools
  • Has worked with, understands, and has a passion for tools
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and a phenomenal teammate
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable with technology – computer literacy is a must
  • Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work
