Job summary

Repco West Toowoomba is hiring a Store Person for a full-time role focused on receiving, storage, picking and dispatching of goods with precise attention to detail.

You will manage stock receipts, put-away, ensure accurate dispatches and assist with showroom merchandising. A valid driver’s license and prior retail or warehouse experience are preferred, with a commitment to safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Previous retail and/or warehouse experience.
• Physical capacity to perform duties, including heavy items.
• Be a perfectionist when putting stock away.
• Be proactive and resourceful.
• Have flexible availability and a valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Check and receip t goods, recording discrepancies or damages.
• Store goods safely and accurately in correct locations.
• Pick, pack and dispatch outward goods efficiently.
• Assist with cyclic stock take and compliance processes.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and follow-up.
• Support showroom presentation and safety in the workplace.
• Contribute to providing genuine service and customer impressions.
