Job summary

George Weston Foods is seeking reliable Process Workers to join our Perth production team on day and afternoon shifts. This full-time role supports production, packaging and quality control in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Training is provided and you will work as part of a team to meet daily targets. Key requirements include a positive attitude, strong work ethic, safety focus, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift 15–20 kg.

Qualifications

• Must be available for full-time hours.
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the production line with packing and preparing products.
• Operate equipment with full training provided.
• Work with raw and cooked meat products in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Complete basic manual handling tasks including lifting and repetitive movements.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
