Busy Bees in Banksia Grove, WA is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) to deliver high-quality EYLF-aligned programs and foster play-based learning. You will build strong relationships with children and families, collaborate with the team, and support NQF compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent required.
• WA teaching accreditation/registration required or ability to obtain.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Working with Children Check (WA) current or ability to obtain.
• Experience in Australian early childhood settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with EYLF.
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support development.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive team culture.
• Support the service to meet the National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation.

Education

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)

Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for WA

Current Working with Children Check for WA
