Job summary

Wholechild Early Learning Armidale is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our growing team. You will deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned to EYLF and NQS, building strong relationships with children and families.

You will collaborate with colleagues and leadership to support every child’s development, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous service improvement in a supportive NSW setting.

Qualifications

• Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification or ACECQA-approved qualification.
• Current teacher registration/accreditation.
• Experience in early childhood education and care.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Understanding of child development and play-based learning.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Commitment to inclusive practice and children's wellbeing.

• Developing and implementing high-quality educational programs in line with EYLF.
• Planning experiences aligned to children's interests and development.
• Observing and documenting learning to inform curriculum planning.
