The Rockhampton Grammar School is seeking experienced Early Learning Educators to join our North Rockhampton and South Rockhampton campuses. The role is permanent full-time, with competitive above-Award wages and a focus on quality care for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old.

Qualificações

• Certificate III (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent.
• Current Working with Children Card (Blue Card)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification; asthma/anaphylaxis training.
• Understanding of National Quality Standard and Early Years Framework.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developmentally appropriate programs for groups or individuals.
• Record observations for planning and evaluation.
• Support children with specific needs under supervision.
• Assist in guiding untrained staff.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety requirements.
• Contribute to quality assurance under the National Quality Framework.
