Full Time Drive Through Bottleshop Attendant

We are looking for an energetic, reliable Full Time Drive-Through Bottleshop Attendant to join our busy team in Bendigo. You will be the face of our business, delivering quick and exceptional service to customers without them even having to leave their cars. If you are highly organized, physically fit, and passionate about the liquor retail industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Promptly greet customers at the drive-through window, take orders, and assist them with product recommendations.

Point of Sale (POS): Process cash and EFTPOS transactions quickly and accurately.

Stock Management: Unpack deliveries, stock fridges, and ensure the drive-through lane is neat, tidy, and fully stocked at all times.

RSA Compliance: Strictly enforce Responsible Service of Alcohol, including checking IDs and refusing service to intoxicated patrons.

Safety & Maintenance: Keep the drive-through area clean, clear of hazards, and secure at all times.

What We Are Looking For
