Nova Dental Implant Centre in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our Brisbane Valley practice. You will support clinicians across surgical and general dental procedures and help ensure exceptional patient care throughout treatment.

As part of a collaborative team, you will prepare rooms, assist chairside, and maintain high infection control standards while delivering a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental assisting, ideally within a general or surgical dental practice.
• Sound understanding of infection control, sterilisation and clinical procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and support the wider team.
• Patient-first mindset and commitment to high-quality clinical care.
• Reliability, initiative and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assisting clinicians during surgical and general dental procedures.
• Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and materials for procedures.
• Maintaining sterilisation, infection control and workplace hygiene standards.
• Providing attentive patient care and support before, during and after treatment.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Assisting with stock management and day-to-day clinical operations.
• Keeping treatment rooms and clinical areas clean, organised and well equipped.
• Working collaboratively with clinicians and the wider team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
