Job summary

BIC Consolidated is hiring a Full-Time Cleaner for our RBA site in Craigieburn, Melbourne. You will maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers, staff and visitors, with shifts Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm.

Experience in retail or commercial cleaning is preferred. You should have work rights in Australia, the ability to obtain a Police Check, and strong time-management and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Work Rights for Australia.
• Police Check ability or clear background.
• Strong time-management skills, attention to detail and thorough.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain professional standard of presentation.
• Reliable, flexible and adaptable approach.
• Good command of English.
• Retail and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining entrances, walkways, staff areas and common spaces.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and waste removal.
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets, kitchens and washrooms as required.
• Cleaning glass, windows, doors, mirrors and other surfaces to maintain a polished presentation.
• Responding promptly to spills and other cleaning requirements.
• Emptying bins and separating waste per site procedures.
• Reporting maintenance, security or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Ensuring cleaning equipment is used and stored correctly.
