Qualifications

• Willingness to undertake SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
• Ability to work in a busy kitchen and learn on the job.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and service.
• Support larder and fryer operations with opportunities to progress to grill duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen.
• Assist with functions and banquets across the Club.
