Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a developer to join a high-performing technology team building modern web and hybrid mobile applications. You will work across the full technology stack to design, build and support secure, scalable digital solutions in an Agile environment, collaborating with Product Owners, QA and other stakeholders.

You will develop responsive applications, implement RESTful APIs, integrate with enterprise systems, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines while focusing on performance, security

Qualifications

• Experience developing modern web and/or hybrid mobile applications.
• Strong front-end development and UI/UX capability.
• Experience with REST APIs and full-stack application development.
• Exposure to backend services, databases and system integrations.
• Knowledge of secure coding, automated testing and software quality practices.
• Experience working with source control, CI/CD and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web and hybrid mobile applications.
• Build intuitive user interfaces from business requirements and designs.
• Design, develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Integrate applications with enterprise systems, data platforms and backend services.
• Troubleshoot issues across front-end, backend and infrastructure layers.
• Write clean, secure, maintainable and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Optimise solutions for performance, scalability, security and user experience.
