Job summary

Rapid Global is hiring a Fullstack Engineer to design, develop and maintain high-performing frontend and backend systems. You will collaborate with designers, product managers and fellow engineers to ensure consistent design, functionality and performance.

Based in Adelaide, you will work on end-to-end solutions, implement scalable architectures and contribute to robust CI/CD workflows while applying AI tooling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (.NET).
• Strong architectural judgement and ability to make scalable design decisions.
• Collaborative mindset with product, design and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain frontend and backend solutions across full stack.
• Build and deploy backend services and APIs; ensure secure, scalable systems.
• Write well-tested code across unit, integration and end-to-end tests.
