Job summary

Moveware, a Melbourne-based market-leading ERP software provider for the moving and storage industry, is seeking a highly capable Full Stack Developer with strong AI expertise. You will join the global team, contribute to architectural decisions, and help evolve our AI-enabled development practices while delivering real-world web, mobile, and backend applications.

The role is hybrid, based at our Melbourne headquarters with four days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong full stack experience with Flutter/Dart, Python, Next.js, React, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience working with AI APIs, LLMs, and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Proven ability to evaluate, refine, and productionise AI-generated code.
• Solid DevOps and infrastructure skills, including Linux, NGINX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience building and maintaining REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications using Flutter/Dart, Python, Next.js, and Node.js
• Work hands-on within an AI-driven development framework, validating and productionising LLM generated code
• Implement and support AI and LLM integrations, including prompt engineering and optimisation where required
• Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux-based infrastructure to production standards
• Develop and maintain API and third-party system integrations
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through testing, monitoring, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with the CTO, development teams, and stakeholders to continuously improve platforms and processes

We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Developer with strong AI expertise to join our technology team and play a key role in building, operating, and continuously improving our AI-driven software development framework.

The role:

As part of the global development team based at our headquarters in Melbourne's inner southeast, you will be working closely with the CTO and global development team. You will be a key member of a team developing our enterprise grade SAAS application where you will contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and the evolution of our AI‑enabled development practices, while also building and supporting real‑world web, mobile, and backend applications.

This is not a traditional full stack role with AI on the side, AI‑assisted development is central to how we build software. You will work hands on with AI‑generated code, LLM integrations, and automated workflows, ensuring everything we deploy meets production grade standards for stability, performance, and scalability.
This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days at our inner South East Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities

• Comfortable working across applications, infrastructure, and evolving AI‑driven systems
