Job summary

HealthcareLink Trust is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a full-time role in a private hospital. The successful candidate will provide peri-operative nursing care, work with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high standards of patient safety and care across scrub, ICU, ED, and other specialties.

Applicants should hold current AHPRA registration, have 2+ years of nursing experience, and demonstrate strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ENs and AINs to deliver patient care (RN only).
• Proactively assess operative nursing care for best outcomes.
• Document in medical records accurately and timely.

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the team on a full-time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care are provided. RNs with the below experience are welcome to apply:

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Undertake peri-operative nursing care in accordance with legislation
• Deliver evidence-based nursing care
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure patient and staff safety
• Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and AINs to deliver patient care (RN only)
• Proactively assess the operative nursing care provided to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved for the individual / patient
• Document into the patient's medical record objectively, clearly, concisely and timely using accepted abbreviations and terminology
