Job summary

HealthcareLink Pty Ltd. is seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join a private clinic in Adelaide. The role offers a flexible FT/PT arrangement with a 9am-5pm schedule, focused on paediatrics, adolescents, and some adult clients.

Staff provide collaborative, evidence-based care to NDIs participants and supervise OT staff as part of a multidisciplinary team. New graduates are welcome, with a supportive environment, in-house PD, and a pathway for ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality treatment to the clients - the caseload is predominately focused on paediatrics, adolescents, or adult clients (flexible based on your preferred caseload).
• Ensure excellence in client care, evidence-based practice, and service improvement
• Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to support the therapy needs of NDIS participants.
• Supervision of Occupational Therapy staff is an integral part of this role.

  Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum + super

  Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, Flexible working arrangement
