Qualifications

• Significant fresh food retail knowledge.
• Experience in Fruit and Vegetable Management is essential.
• Expertise in leading and managing staff.
• Ordering and cost control expertise.
• An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations.
• Accurate staff rostering.
• Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach.
• Unparalleled commitment to customer service.
• Ability to liaise with both staff and management.
• A flair for merchandising.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills.

Responsibilities
