Job summary

Rum City Foods is seeking a reliable, energetic Picker/Packer for the Bundaberg Depot in the freezer department. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with early start and finish, no weekend work.

Key duties include picking and packing orders, loading trucks, managing stock in the freezer at -25°C, rotating stock, HACCP logs, WHS compliance, and equipment maintenance. Forklift licence is mandatory; prior freezer experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience in picking/packing, paper-based and voice picking.
• Experience in freezer environment (-25°C) is an advantage.
• Reliable, accurate with attention to detail.
• Physically fit due to repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Pick & pack customer orders accurately.
• Load trucks to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Manage stock into freezer and place correctly.
• Stock rotation and checking use-by dates.
• Maintain HACCP/FSQ standards and WHS practices.
• Maintain cleaning and operation of equipment.
• Communicate well with co-workers.
