Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a frontend developer to design, develop and maintain modern, accessible UI solutions that support AI, automation and Microsoft 365 ecosystems. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable digital experiences for a large retail organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering modern frontend, web or UI solutions.
• Experience integrating applications with APIs, cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
• Solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, usability and security principles.
• Experience working within Agile or product-led delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Power Platform or Azure technologies will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive, accessible frontend applications and components.
• Build engaging user experiences for AI, automation, Power Platform and Modern Workplace solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers and technical leaders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop frontend integrations with APIs, cloud services, Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies.
• Apply best practices across usability, accessibility, security, performance and maintainability.
• Conduct testing, code reviews and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and reusable UI standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and frontend engineering best practices.
