Front End Developer - Mobile - GIS Systems - Hybrid 3 days pw in office - 12 Month Contract - Mining

$800 - $900pd inclusive of super

Perth (Non Negotiable)

I am exclusively partnered with a leading consultancy who are looking for a Front End Developer - Mobile to start immediately on an initial 12 month contract with high possibility of extension.

You will be delivering reliable GIS mobile applications with Xamarin, .net MAUI for low connectivity and offline environments

Looking for someone to start immediately, interviews will be two stages and begin next week with the end client

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Xamarin.Forms/.NET MAUI for Android and iOS platforms.
• Implement and enhance offline functionality to ensure seamless app performance in low or no connectivity environments
• Collaborate with full-stack developers, cloud teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust mobile solutions aligned with business needs
• Optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness for field-based users
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality releases
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile functionality and system integrations

What You Bring:

• Ability to code with Xamarin, .Net MAUI, Azure services
• Experience with Postman for testing
• GIS Experience or mine planning experience (Highly Regarded)
• Experience with Azure cloud services and mobile backend integration
• Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise system integrations
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, particularly for field-based applications
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Familiarity with offline-first mobile architecture and synchronization strategies
