You will provide efficient guest registration and departure, manage guest accounts, answer calls politely, and share information about local dining and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
• Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
• Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
• Welcome guests, carry luggage, park and retrieve guests’ cars, explain the facilities of the Hotel, provide tourism information and dining/entertainment recommendations to our Guests as required.
