Job summary

Parriwi Beach Cafe is seeking experienced Front of House staff to deliver exceptional service across the restaurant, bar and events at the waterfront venue in Mosman. You will provide friendly, attentive service and work closely with kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure memorable guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring prior restaurant/bar hospitality experience, strong customer service, solid beverage knowledge and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good food and beverage knowledge.
• Cocktail-making and bar experience highly regarded.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, outgoing personality and positive attitude.
• Reliability, teamwork and strong attention to detail.
• Current NSW RSA competency for alcohol service duties.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, attentive and professional table service.
• Taking orders and confidently recommending food, wine and cocktails.
• Preparing and serving beverages, including cocktails, beer and wine, according to experience.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient bar and restaurant floor.
• Working closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams.
• Supporting functions, events and busy weekend services.
• Creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest.
