Job summary

Dôme is seeking energetic Front of House Team Members to join our WA cafe network. You will greet guests, take orders, serve beverages and food, and help maintain a clean, inviting space. We offer in-house training, flexible shifts, and opportunities for internal development.

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and teamwork are valued as much as hospitality skills. Shifts run Monday through Sunday, 5am to 9pm, across our cafes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow in-house training.
• Flexible availability Monday to Sunday, 5am–9pm.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly service.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages and deliver food and drinks.
• Clear and reset tables and perform general cleaning.

Job description

We're currently looking for energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our team! Dôme focuses on training team members and providing the necessary tools to effectively carry out your role. As a Front of House Team Member, your role will consist of welcoming and assisting guests, preparing hot and cold beverages, delivering food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and performing general cleaning duties.
